RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Returns will not be accepted unless they are submitted through the specific withdrawal procedure available on the Website or are expressly authorized by Animus S.r.l. In any case, returns will not be accepted if the returned products are not accompanied by the documentation relating to the withdrawal request or if the products are not perfectly intact and complete with their original, undamaged packaging.

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

• Within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Customer has notified the decision to return all or part of the purchased Products by means of the dedicated online withdrawal form available on the Website, the Customer shall:
  (1) return the Products to the Seller, properly packaged:
  a) by handing the Products over to the carrier, with the return shipping costs charged to the Customer. Furthermore, in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer shall bear all costs relating to the return of the Returned Products to the Seller (including any customs duties, where applicable).
• Returned Products purchased under the same Order may also be returned in separate shipments, provided that each shipment is made within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Customer notified the decision to withdraw from the Contract.
• Products returned following the exercise of the right of withdrawal (hereinafter referred to as the "Returned Products") must be returned in their entirety. Partial returns of individual parts or components of the Products are not permitted.
• The Returned Products must not have been used.
• The Returned Products must be returned packaged as originally shipped, complete with all accessories and labels.

Where the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Seller shall reimburse the Customer for all payments made for the purchase of the Returned Products, with the exception of the following costs which, where applicable, shall remain at the Customer's expense:

• any additional shipping costs for the Order (already paid by the Customer at the time of purchase), where the Customer selected a carrier and/or a delivery method other than the standard delivery service offered by the Seller. Such additional costs shall be reimbursed to the Customer exclusively in the event of damage to the Products caused during transport, shipping errors attributable to the Seller, or Products acknowledged as defective;
• any ancillary charges relating to the Order that may have been incurred;
• shipping costs arising from the Customer's choice to use, for the return of the Products, a carrier and/or a delivery method different from that provided by the Seller;
• shipping costs arising from the Customer's choice to return Products purchased under the same Order in multiple separate shipments. In such case, only the first return shipment shall be free of charge, provided that it is carried out using the carrier and procedures specified by the Seller. The cost and organization of any subsequent shipments following the first one (regardless of the carrier or delivery method chosen by the Customer) shall remain entirely at the Customer's expense.

After exercising the right of withdrawal through the dedicated online withdrawal form available on the Website, the Customer will receive an email confirming receipt of the withdrawal request (hereinafter the "Return Request Confirmation").
Once the Seller has verified compliance with all the requirements for exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer will receive an email containing the instructions for returning the Products, where applicable.
The Seller shall reimburse the Customer for the amounts paid for the Returned Products no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Seller was informed of the Customer's decision to exercise the right of withdrawal, provided that the Seller shall have the right to withhold reimbursement until the Returned Products have been received or until the Customer has provided evidence of having sent back the Products, whichever occurs first.
The reimbursement shall be made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised without complying with the procedures set out in this section, the Customer shall not be entitled to any reimbursement.
Within 10 days from the email notifying the Customer of the rejection of the return request and the related reasons, the Customer may reply to the same email requesting that the Returned Products be sent back at the Customer's own expense.
In the absence of such request, the Seller shall be entitled to retain the Returned Products, as well as any amounts already paid for their purchase.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to Customized Products and/or Products manufactured or processed specifically for the Customer.
