To make purchases on CHRISTINA CRAWFORD eBoutique you do not need to register; however, we suggest you create an account to access exclusive areas and services dedicated to our customers.
To easily browse our catalog, select a category from the navigation menu or browse our selections on the homepage. To find something more specific, use our filters or the website search option.
On each product page, you will find all available sizes and colors, a description and the composition of the item. Click on the product image to zoom in and see all of the details.
How to order
1. From the item page, select the desired color and size of the product.
2. Add the product to your Cart. 3. Once you have finished shopping, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button in your Shopping Bag.
4. Enter your email and your shipping address.
5. Select a shipping and a payment method.
6. Check that the information you entered is correct and click "Purchase Now".
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after with the details of your order. From this moment on, our warehouse will take care of everything and as soon as the order ships, we will notify you with another confirmation email.
Order being prepared:
The order has been confirmed and we have already sent a confirmation email with the Order Number.
Order has shipped:
As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email with the Tracking Number to track the delivery. Registered users can also find all information related to their orders in the My Account area.
The size shown on the item's label is indicated on every Product Page and converted into your country's corresponding size. Find the right size for you with the help of our table:

TAXES AND DUTIES
THE PRICES OF PRODUCTS ARE EXPRESSED IN EUROS INCLUSIVE OF TAXES BUT EXCLUDING CUSTOMS DUTIES, FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE EU THAT SHALL BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER.
FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE EU:
ALL APPLICABLE DUTIES SHALL BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER. UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT ESTIMATE HOW MUCH DUTIES YOU WILL PAY BUT YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS SHOULD BE ABLE TO ESTIMATE THE PRICE.
CHRISTINA CRAWFORD CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACTION AND/OR COSTS AND/OR TAXES AND/OR DELAYS DUE TO CUSTOMS OVER WHICH IT HAS NO CONTROL.

CHRISTINA CRAWFORD INSURES EACH PURCHASE DURING TIME IN TRANSIT UNTIL IT IS DELIVERED TO YOU. ALL ORDERS REQUIRE SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY, AT WHICH POINT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SHIPMENT PASSES TO YOU. IF YOU HAVE SPECIFIED A RECIPIENT OTHER THAN YOURSELF FOR DELIVERY PURPOSES, YOU ALSO ACCEPT THAT SIGNATURE BY THE THIRD PARTY IS SUFFICIENT PROOF OF DELIVERY AND FULFILMENT BY CHRISTINA CRAWFORD.
ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITH BRT AND ARE FULLY TRACEABLE ON THEIR WEBSITE. YOU CAN ALWAYS CONTACT THEM IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS REGARDING YOUR SHIPMENT.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
THE TRANSACTION WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD AFTER WE HAVE VERIFIED YOUR CARD DETAILS, RECEIVED CREDIT AUTHORIZATION, CONFIRMED AVAILABILITY AND PREPARED YOUR ORDER FOR SHIPPING. YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED AT THE TIME YOU SUBMIT YOUR ORDER BUT WILL BE AUTHORIZED FOR $0.00 OR $1.00 FOR VERIFICATION PURPOSES.
MADE TO ORDER ITEMS REQUIRE A FULL UPFRONT PAYMENT IN ORDER TO BE PROCESSED. ONCE THE ORDER IS RECEIVED ON CHRISTINACRAWFORD.COM, THE ONLINE SALES TEAM WILL CONTACT YOU TO CONFIRM THE ORDER AND PROCESS THE PAYMENT.
CAN I USE MULTIPLE METHODS OF PAYMENT?
AT THIS TIME WE ONLY ACCEPT ONE (1) FORM OF PAYMENT PER ORDER.
WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?
CHRISTINA CRAWFORD CHARGES APPLICABLE PROVINCIAL, FEDERAL, AND HARMONIZED TAXES ON ONLINE TRANSACTIONS. YOUR ON-SCREEN TOTAL REFLECTS ESTIMATED TAX. THE ACTUAL SALES TAX WILL BE CALCULATED WHEN YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED AND MAY VARY FROM THE ESTIMATED TAX.
You can return any item purchased on CHRISTINA CRAWFORD eBoutique within 14 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:
1. SEND US AN EMAIL in order to get a Return Number.
2. Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
3. Fill out 5 copies of the Returns Proforma Invoice that came with your parcel. If the forms are not complete, the package will not pass Customs and will be returned to you. 4. Use the Return Label included with your order for easy shipping.
Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country/region they were purchased from.
Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
